I know how to manipulate the time clock so it says I’m in visits longer than I actually am. But I have a conscious and I just can’t do that. BUT… I KNOW FOR A FACT… that two of our other cna’s are doing it. I’ve reported this to our BOM, PCM, and even the ED. I seriously feel like this is not being taken seriously.

I have used Camellia Home Health & Hospice for my husband. They had a physical therapist come out for about a month. They give him different exercises, and they have very good work ethics.

My husband's condition did improve because of their help. Home health made sure that their patients have received a flu shot for the current flu season. Management doesn't have a clue what employees feel and don't care to ask. If you give any advice that's against your supervisors or another's ideas you have a target on your back. We work in a very caring atmosphere and strong teamwork.
