All Bosch DIY & Garden Power Tools

The engineer came to fix it and has not brought spare filter. I was left without filter for next two weeks with advice not to use the appliance. This is totally unacceptable and highly inconvenient especially in busy Christmas period. Very disappointing with the quality of service offered by Bosch UK. Will think twice before getting any of their appliances I the future as the service is poor. Your engineer attended and repaired the Fridge/Freezer.

Disgusting service. No compassion …

Fridge and Freezer not cooling, unit has never worked. John Lewis refuses to collect the damaged item till Bosch engineer looks at it to so say, yes it doesn’t work, then JL will collect it. In 2018 Bosch pampered engineers only work 7am till 5 pm and one weekend in five. I can’t take a day off work to sit home waiting, so I have to wait till the 28th July so Bosch can confirm it doesn’t work. We have a always purchased BOSCH but the products are not the quality they once were.

We hope to be able to assist you as much as possible. I have sent a private message to you on TrustPilot to help get this resolved. Bosch produce quality appliances and we are aware that customers purchase our brand not only because of this reputation but because our products are also known for their reliability.

An all-round clean home!

Will never use Bosch again and so glad did not take out extended warranty as would have been tied to Bosch engineers for many years. We are incredibly to learn of your disappointment. We are incredibly sorry that we have not met your expectations on this occasion and our own. Washing Machine is under warranty and fault reported late November. Now Dec21st and not fixed and has totally stopped working. Very dissappointed to be without a washing machine.

However after he left the Fridge stopped working. Very disappointing that it takes 2 weeks to get an Engineer back. Despite speaking to customer services and emailing my frustration no-ne offered to help beyond saying it was the first available visit. Poor to say the least when the initial fault was not cured properly. Hi Maggie, we're sorry to hear of the experiences you received with our customer services. We were not happy, took them to court and they paid up but then said they would not deal with us again trying to side step their obligations under the consumer legislation. Of course we have a household full of their stuff! I'd be careful about your dealings with this company.

Yesterday you were contacted with an earlier appointment, we did do everything we can to make sure we got you something sooner than what was initially booked. Like many other manufacturers - They clearly just want to give the illusion they are taking ownership when they obviously don’t care what we think of their products. For the latest updates, warranty details and more, register your appliance today. Today I used the WhatsApp service which is available through the Bosch website.

Would think twice about purchasing Bosch again if their appliances fail within warranty and it takes this long to resolve issue.
